Dowsing the lottery- video & discussion

Reports are that money has been made using Remote Dowsing and Associated Remote Viewing to determine winning selections. This will be an overview of the techniques used.

The INACS’ project “Remote Dowsing” – Overview and update

This project initiated by INACS founder Jim King, will use QEEG to brain scan subjects before, during, and after dowsing training, to determine any differences in mental activity.

Future research directions and practical applications

Using Remote Perceptions in various applications – can differences in brain activity be determined with EEG, fMRI, and other brain scan methods to determine whether there is a correlation, and what part of the brain is active. Practical applications will be listed.

Remote perception is one segment of a spectrum of ESP related anomalies, from telepathy to telekinesis. The band width includes such diverse phenomena as near death experiences NDE, and out of body travels OBE. Remote sensing protocols and structured training have developed to formalize the field, as opposed to other paranormal happenings such as psychic abilities, which are often ad hoc and not brought forth at will.

These presentations of Remote Perception assumes the validity of the discipline, and hence other paranormal phenomena. So for believers of the gospel, or skeptics in part, this excursion in paraperception should be of interest.

A Presentation by Ronald Bryan, Ph.D.

In considering the wave function of an electron, I realized in 2000 that this entity resembles human consciousness in several ways, so I hypothesized that the wave function is conscious (and a human consciousness is a wave function). Now if an electron’s wave function is indeed conscious, then it might respond to a command from a human consciousness, perhaps as one human can communicate with another human through mental telepathy. With the help of atomic experimentalists, I have conceived of an experiment to look for such an effect, in particular, can human intention reverse the spin of a single electron. I describe the experiment and some applications.

The original paper in this research is entitled “Consciousness and quantum-mechanical wave functions” and can be downloaded from my website http://faculty.physics.tamu.edu/bryan

Many other papers on the subject also appear there.

Ronald Bryan, Ph. D., recently retired from the Physics Department of Texas A&M University but continues of carry out research there. He has made contributions in the fields of nuclear and particle physics, and recently turned his attention to atomic physics. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society.

In the 1970s, physicist Harold (Hal) Puthoff, engineer Russell Targ, and psychic Ingo Swann were recruited by the Central Intelligence Agency to do research on psychic abilities with the general intention of verifying the phenomenon and adapting some methods of eliciting it to military purposes. After several years of research at Stanford Research Institute (SRI), a process termed Remote Viewing was developed and eventually adopted by the United States Army Intelligence service. Based in Fort Meade, Maryland, military remote viewers carried out a program of intelligence gathering which proved quite successful in obtaining information about activities and personnel in known, remote, often inaccessible, locations. An active program was carried on by Army Intelligence for over 20 years.

One aspect of the program proved problematical, however: while information was readily available from known locations, it proved exceedingly difficult to obtain the location of a person or persons known, but at an unknown location. Likewise, it was almost impossible to remote view numbers. A complementary method was eventually developed by the scientists at SRI which allowed the intelligence officers to obtain information revealing the required locations and/or numbers. This method was termed by the military “Remote Dowsing”.
